Job Title: Cafe Supervisor - Rothesay Rooms
Located in Ballater, Rothesay Rooms is a bustling café that celebrates Scottish produce and community spirit. We are looking for a Cafe Supervisor to lead our front‑line team and ensure a top‑quality customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations to maintain high standards of product and service.
- Supervise, manage and motivate the team.
- Support the management team in improving sales and service performance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in a busy café or hospitality environment (supervisory experience preferred).
- Strong customer service and leadership skills.
- Local to Ballater or willing to commute.
- Availability for Wednesday‑Sunday shifts, typically 9am‑5pm, with occasional evening events.
