Step into the role of Physical Design Engineer II at Cadence, specializing in both low-power and high-speed design implementations. Collaborate on next-generation PHY IP design methodologies.
In this position, you will engage in physical design development and flow optimization within advanced technology nodes. Your efforts will be central to working with RDC and Analog teams to facilitate successful tapeouts, ensuring high standards and excellence in design. Emphasizing careful execution will be essential to the role.
Key Responsibilities: β’ Lead methodology for next-gen physical design β’ Execute DRC, LVS, and other critical verification tasks β’ Design floor plans and develop power grids β’ Complete timing closure alongside layout and route processes β’ Sign off on power/signal integrity verification
