Qualifications
- Bachelors or College Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Structural or Interior Design.
- Proficient in numbers, quantification, accuracy, and completeness of work.
- Computer literate and knowledgeable in operating CAD software.
- Organized, systematic and has keen eye to details.
- With good verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferably with minimum on-site construction exposure.
- Willing to work in longer hours.
General Duties And Responsibilities
- Shall work with the production team preparing CAD drawings using CAD software. These will range from architectural to interior design drawing documentation.
- Responsible for preparation of design concepts, images and materials for project presentation.
- Communicates with contractors and all project personnel for client's requirements and project progress.
