We are seeking an experienced CAD Engineer with a robust background in BIM modeling, construction detailing, and design focused on manufacturing. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the development of prefabricated building systems by transforming architectural and engineering designs into fabrication-ready models, shop drawings, material takeoffs, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and production documentation. Experience in construction, manufacturing, modular, or panelized building environments, coupled with an understanding of design-for-manufacturing principles, is essential.
Responsibilities
+ Convert architectural and engineering designs into fabrication-ready models.
+ Produce shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation documents.
