**CAD Designer / CAD Operator**
**Direct Hire | Full-Time**

We're looking for a detail-oriented CAD Designer to join our manufacturing team! This role is ideal for someone with experience creating production drawings, supporting fabrication, and working closely with engineering and operations.

+ Create and revise detailed manufacturing drawings using AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks.
+ Develop layouts, models, and production documentation from customer specifications and design concepts.
+ Update drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and engineering documents.
+ Collaborate with engineering, production, and project teams to support manufacturing.
+ Review and improve designs to enhance quality, efficiency, and manufacturability.
+ Maintain accurate documentation and support change management processes.
