Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CAD Designer specializing in underground utilities and gas line infrastructure. The ideal candidate will prepare accurate construction drawings, layouts, and as-built documentation for gas distribution, transmission, and related underground utility projects in compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop detailed CAD drawings for underground gas pipelines, utility corridors, and related infrastructure Prepare plan & profile drawings, alignment sheets, trench details, and cross-sections Draft as-built drawings based on field data and redline markups Incorporate survey data, GIS information, and utility locates into drawings Coordinate with engineers, project managers, surveyors, and field crews Ensure drawings comply with local, state, and federal codes (DOT, PHMSA, ASME, company standards) Maintain drawing standards, layer mana...
