Full-time Management & Operations

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

• Coordinates activities involved with procuring direct materials, components and operating supply.
• Maintaining relations with the suppliers.
• Raise purchase orders to approved manufacturers based on planned demand.
• Checking the purchase orders and modifying them according to the changes in the production plan with the help of the Shortage List and the Open Purchase Order List.
• Correspondence with the freight forwarders, warehouses, and in case organizing the transportation.
• Checking the inventory of critical materials (personally if needed) according to the Shortage List.
• Orders, reschedules and cancels material based on requisitions and production demand and build plan.
• Provide the JIT schedule for the suppliers.
• Investigation inventory levels to ensure no discrepancy, aging and obsolete materials.
