Job Summary

Flex is a diversified manufacturing partner that helps market‑leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products. We are looking for a Buyer – Direct, located in Guadalajara, South Campus, to support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth. The role reports to the Purchasing Manager and involves coordinating activities related to procuring direct materials, components, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for raw materials and purchased parts according to production requirements.
• Receive and handle order confirmations.
• Check and modify purchase orders in response to changes in the production plan using the Shortage List and the Open Purchase Order List.
• Track shipments and, when necessary, follow up to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct regular weekly stock checks to avoid overstock and mitigate obsolescence.
