Overview

Responsibilities

Your Role:

• Ensure the arrival on time, in proper cost and quality specs of materials in order to comply with customer service and plant productivity.
• Ensuring purchasing internal metrics
• Create and communicate purchase orders to vendors
• Expedite, push-out and cancel orders to vendors in order to timely delivery
• Materials stockouts monitoring
• Analyze stocks, open orders and forecast to maintain healthy inventory levels
• Maintain system data to ensure the correct information flow among departments.

Qualifications

Education:

International Commerce / Industrial Engineering or equivalent.

2 years of experience in Supply Chain desirable.

Knowledge:

• Direct materials purchasing experience.
• Able to maintain business conversations in English.
• Excel basic knowledge.
