Job Description
What You Will Do
Responsible for entry, tracking of production purchase orders and maintenance of system data to ensure all information is accurate.Assist with material arrival inspection and processing of warehousing documents.Sort and file key documents including purchase contracts, reconciliation statements and invoices; regularly generate procurement reports for management review.Coordinate with warehouse and logistics departments to timely resolve abnormalities such as material shortages and wrong deliveries. Cooperate with the Finance Department on monthly reconciliation, and assist in the supplier payment settlement process.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Technical secondary school or above; majors in Secretarial Science, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management or related fields are preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office, skilled in Excel functions; candidates with ERP system operation experience are preferred.At least one year of workin...
