Job Duties
- Cut and trim meat and poultry to required portions and quality standards
- Prepare standard meat products and fulfill customer requests for specialty cuts
- Set up and maintain the meat display case in an organized and efficient manner
- Track inventory, loss, and product sell through cycle according to company and customer requirements
- Comply with all federal inspection guidelines and internal food safety standards
- Monitor equipment, refrigeration, freezer storage, and work spaces for safety and cleanliness
- Supervise and assist in the training of meat cutters
