Responsibilities

- They ensure meat quality, maintain cleanliness, and follow safety and hygiene standards.
- Butchers may assist customers, fulfill special orders, and manage inventory. Skills required include knowledge of meat cutting, attention to detail, and good customer service.
Qualifications
- Experience in meat cutting or a similar role (preferred).
- Knowledge of meat types, cuts, and preparation techniques.
- Ability to use meat-cutting tools and equipment safely.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy items.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
