They will ensure proper handling and storage of meat, maintain cleanliness in the workspace, and provide excellent customer service. The butcher will work with a variety of meats, including beef, pork, poultry, and lamb, ensuring all products meet quality standards.
• Proven experience as a butcher or in a similar role
• Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and cuts
• Ability to operate butchering tools safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
