Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Butcher to join our team.

Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and preparing meat products according to customer orders and store standards.
• The Butcher will also ensure all products are handled safely, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and provide excellent customer service by offering product recommendations and answering questions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a butcher or in a similar role preferred
• Strong knowledge of meat cuts and preparation techniques
• Ability to safely use butchering tools and equipment
• Attention to detail and focus on product quality
