The Role
This role is a highly hands‑on, end‑to‑end business systems position responsible for delivering full‑cycle solutions—from initial discovery and requirements gathering through system design, build, testing, implementation, and user adoption. You will work directly with stakeholders to understand business challenges, translate them into practical technical solutions, and take ownership of delivering those solutions through low‑code development, system configuration, and integrations.
As a Business Systems Projects Lead, you will lead the full lifecycle of initiatives, including building and configuring applications, validating functionality through testing, deploying solutions into production, and supporting users through training and ongoing improvements.
