About the Client
Our client is seeking a highly organized and execution-oriented Business Systems & Project Manager to support operational improvement initiatives across the business.
This is neither a purely IT-focused role nor a strictly manufacturing-focused position. It is a hands‑on operational role suited for someone who can effectively coordinate people, manage priorities, and drive project execution while also improving the digital systems that support day‑to‑day operations.
The primary focus of this role is ensuring execution through people — creating accountability, assigning ownership, and maintaining follow‑through across teams through disciplined project management practices. A secondary focus is business systems analysis, particularly around digital workflows and internal process optimization.
Experience within manufacturing, industrial operations, or engineering‑driven environments is highly preferred.
