Job Description
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to support partner-facing business operations in Burlingame, California. This is a Long-term Contract position focused on reporting accuracy, partner onboarding, data review, and operational support within a partner portal environment. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with a service-minded approach to resolve partner inquiries, monitor tool usage, and help maintain reliable business processes.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee pipeline reporting activities by reviewing partner-submitted opportunities and confirming they meet defined approval standards.
• Examine partner-entered records for completeness and accuracy, validating key data fields and identifying discrepancies that require correction.
• Coordinate the setup and onboarding of new partners into the portal, ensuring they are properly enabled and prepared to use the system effectively.
