Louis W. Bray Construction is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to deliver practical, people‑first improvements to business processes and business applications, from small fixes to larger initiatives.
This role focuses on how the business works, not infrastructure. The Analyst will redesign workflows, improve and configure business applications, implement automation and integrations across business tools, enable user adoption, and support continuous improvement so changes stick.
This is a hands‑on execution role spanning the full lifecycle of transformation work: discover → design → configure/build → automate/integrate → enable → measure → improve.
Solutions are expected to be lightweight, maintainable, and aligned to platform capabilities, with complex development and integrations delivered in partnership with IT and external specialists.
Employees may be based out of either our West End or East End office.
