**Job Overview**
**Under general supervision, the Business Systems Analyst supports the enhancement of business-critical systems by analyzing vendor-provided software (COTS) and translating new functionality into business value. This role focuses on** **understanding and interpreting vendor documentation, identifying changes in system functionality, and communicating business impact** **to internal stakeholders—enabling more effective operations and decision-making within a regulated environment.**
**Essential Functions**
+ Analyze and interpret **vendor (COTS) documentation** to identify changes, new features, and potential impacts to existing systems and processes.
