Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst reporting to the International Programs and Salesforce Center of Excellence to help us optimize and integrate digital solutions into BRP's Salesforce ecosystem as part of continuous improvement projects and initiatives and the SAP S4 International deployment program.
Key Responsibilities
- Support business teams in resolving issues encountered during testing or as part of maintenance/support, thanks to an in‑depth understanding of integrations between the Warranty platform, the Salesforce ecosystem, and SAPS4.
- Ensure the proper integration of the Warranty solution into the BRP ecosystem, including Salesforce and SAPS4 platforms; draft detailed specification documents and provide rigorous oversight throughout project development and solution documentation.
