Citizens is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Consultant to support the Downstream Energy & Convenience Retail (DER) Group (Matrix Capital Markets, now part of Citizens JMP Securities), a leading M&A advisory platform serving the industries we cover. This role operates within a dynamic investment banking environment, partnering closely with investment bankers and M&A advisors to deliver best-in-class marketing and deal support.
Primary Responsibilities Include
+ Conference & Event Coordination
+ Manage logistics for industry conferences and events, including registrations, hotel accommodations, meeting schedules, and client/prospect dinners.
+ Serve as a central point of contact for conference-related activities and track industry events throughout the year.
