**POSITION SUMMARY:** The Enterprise Architecture team provides architectural and technology leadership that enables the evolution of Republic Services’ business capabilities. The Business Solution Architect III reports into Enterprise Architecture and plays an integral role in business transformation by ensuring alignment of strategic business goals with decisions regarding business, people, process, information and technology investment decisions. Working cross-functionally and across various levels of the organization, the Business Solution Architect III is responsible for clarifying the objectives of the strategic roadmap, defining the baseline and target states of key business activities, and identifying gaps between the current and target states. The Business Architect III works closely with Enterprise Architects to create deliverables and develop recommendations for Business and IT leaders that guide strategic business decision-making.
