Key Responsibilities: Conduct monthly business reviews and performance analysis. Monitor sales targets, lead conversions, and broker/channel performance. Drive hiring, training, and employee retention. Oversee geography expansion and project mapping. Maintain relationships with developers, brokers, and key partners. Ensure SOP and compliance adherence. Collaborate with marketing, HR, credit, and operations teams.
