The role is responsible for partnering with business units to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate operational risks across products, processes, systems, and activities.
The successful candidate will drive the implementation of the enterprise risk management framework, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and promote a strong risk culture across the organization. This role requires extensive experience in the local banking industry, with in-depth knowledge of operational risk management, IT risk, and relevant Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) regulations.
