Responsibilities

• Lead Risk Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) and maintain effective risk and control frameworks.
• Identify, assess, monitor, and export operational risks.
• Support the development of risk conduct across Global Markets and ensure alignment with internal policies.
• Provide oversight of open risks across Markets and Business Client Solutions.
• Manage risk incidents including reporting, regulatory escalations, and timely risk event management.
• Perform risk assessments for ad hoc events and support the evaluation and escalation of risk profiles to relevant forums.
• Support audit activities, including audit preparation and responding to audit requests.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
