Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and documentation of As-Is and To-Be business processes across the demand planning, sourcing, evaluation, award, contract, payment linkage, disposal, and reporting functions.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive operating model for the redesigned processes.
- Ensure appropriate segregation of duties and implement robust controls within the new process framework.
- Conduct detailed workflow analysis to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Design and document approval matrices for all key process stages.
- Collaborate closely with the domain lead to ensure process redesign aligns with strategic objectives and is effectively implemented.
- Champion process improvement initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
