Business Process Expert – Lead to Cash Process

As a senior global authority, the Business Process Expert shapes, governs, and continuously improves the end‑to‑end Lead to Cash process, partnering closely with the Lead to Cash Business Process Owner and cross‑functional leaders across Finance, Supply Chain and Commercial functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and govern the Lead to Cash process with the Lead to Cash BPO and relevant functions to ensure process, system and operational design meet business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops to gather input, feedback and socialise recommendations, refining and finalising process design in partnership with stakeholders.
