Job Description

We’re looking for a Business Process Associate to join our Retirement Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to process indexing with utmost attention to quality and quantity, and process simple to complex work which includes Licensing work and Rep Maintenance.

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Process and accurately capture transaction information in accordance with established procedures, policies, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Review and validate transactions with a high degree of accuracy, applying sound judgment to minimize financial and operational risks.
  • Handle highly sensitive and regulated funds while ensuring compliance with business unit policies and controls.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in business unit processes, guidelines, and transaction requirements.
