Job Description
Business Process Architect (BPA)
Hybrid (2-3 days in office) – based in Toronto, ON.
Reports to: Managing Director, Transfer Agency Operations and Corporate Actions
Key Accountabilities
- Strategic Architecture: Provide overall direction and definition of the business operating model architecture to effectively support long-term business strategy and digital transformation.
- Process Optimization: Conduct proactive research and analysis to identify improvement opportunities, defining project scope, prioritization, and deliverables to drive productivity, capacity, and quality.
- Solution Design: Develop business operating models that demonstrate the interoperability of products, operations, and systems; ensure all solutions align with architecture standards and financial targets.
