Business Process and Systems Support Specialist
WORK LOCATION
Pasig City

This position ensures efficient, effective, and optimal use of processes, applications, and communication to ensure service excellence within the company. The role will work closely with various functional teams and will focus on global profile administration and user access control within various systems, including, but not limited to, ACSr, LSS, GFF, and ACSf.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, English, Business Management, or related discipline
- 3-5 years’ experience in an international logistics environment.
- Experience in Process Improvement and/or other relevant fields
- Broad and solid understanding of operational activities supporting customer solutions and transactional business, and corresponding IT applications.
