Responsibilities

• Manage the spare part delivery and collection.
• Engage with installer or end customer for the spare part related communication
• Analyze business requirement and customer intent.
• Report on KPIs like spare part dispatch, collection KPI, etc.
• Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data.
