As a Business Office Coordinator (BOC), you support payroll, human resources, and financial business processes to ensure operational accuracy, compliance, and a positive team member experience.
What Youāll Do:
⢠Process bi-weekly payroll and manage timekeeping compliance
⢠Maintain HRIS, ATS, personnel files, and onboarding documentation
⢠Support recruitment, background checks, and license verifications
⢠Administer benefits and manage unemployment and workersā compensation claims
⢠Complete payroll reconciliations and key business controls
⢠Assist with billing systems, financial reporting, and monthly close tasks
