Position Overview
THE BUSINESS MANAGER plays a critical role in supporting Radius Security’s mission to provide leading-edge life safety solutions and create safe communities. This role is the single point of contact for key multi-site clients, ensuring their needs are met with excellence and accountability. By fostering long-term relationships, the Business Manager enhances growth, customer retention, and collaborates with internal teams to deliver exceptional service experiences.
Compensation
COMPENSATION: Depending on the candidate, this role has a salary range of $70,000-$120,000 per year (this includes base salary + commission/bonus structure). Commission structure is based on RMR (recurring monthly revenue) + total contract value.
