Business Intelligence Manager - Cruise

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Manager to join the Cruise team. The role focuses on building reusable semantic models, curated datasets, and trusted analytical foundations in Power BI and Fabric, and partnering with Finance, Operations, Technology, and Data Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and expand reusable semantic models and curated datasets in Power BI.
• Write and optimize SQL, DAX, and Power Query across a range of analytical workstreams.
• Use Microsoft Fabric to expand and scale trusted data products across the Cruise team.
• Monitor semantic model health, refresh reliability, Fabric capacity, and dataset performance.
• Partner with the team’s data engineer on upstream models, pipelines, databases, and source‑system improvements.
• Use AI tools and automation to improve speed, quality, and efficiency.
