Join our team as a Business Expert/Data Scientist!
Analyze end-to-end business processes and identify optimization and automation opportunities in line with best practices.Assess business use cases with regard to feasibility, economic advantage, customer value and alignment with strategic objectives.Translate business requirements into clear concepts, user stories, acceptance criteria and implementation-ready specifications.Develop and validate AI-supported and agentic workflow prototypes together with business and technology stakeholders.Support the selection and evaluation of suitable automation platforms and software providers such as n8n, Camunda or cloud-based services.Support Scrum Master activities, including preparation and facilitation of Scrum ceremonies, impediment tracking, sprint transparency and continuous improvement initiatives.
