The Role
We’re hiring an outbound sales rep to build our commercial book of business across 35 zip codes in Westchester County, NY and Fairfield County, CT. Your job is to find commercial properties that need exterior cleaning, get in front of the decision-maker, and close the deal. Cold calling, cold emailing, door knocking, property management office visits — pure outbound hunting.Your targets include property management companies, HOAs, retail centers, office parks, medical offices, restaurants, hotels, apartment complexes, municipal facilities, and more.
