At wearemighty, we’re building at the intersection of AI, creativity, and business transformation. Our core product, trysecretsauce.ai, helps brands scale content production through AI-native workflows, embedded creative expertise, and brand governance.
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to help us build our outbound engine from the ground up. This is not a traditional SDR role, nor do we want someone who follows scripts, processes inbound leads, or waits for marketing to generate pipeline. We want someone who can identify opportunities, create conversations, and generate demand where none exists.
You’ll work directly with the founders and leadership team to define our outbound strategy, build prospecting workflows, experiment with messaging, leverage AI tools, and create pipeline from scratch.
