Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Regional Operations, the Business Development Representative will be responsible for:

  • Achieving their sales quota and sets a personal quota which should exceed the Company’s standard

  • Developing new contractual business for the Company accomplished by diligent sales effort on their part; Entails an organized program of sales activity which includes an effective prospecting system, developing prospective clients through organization, referrals, associations and contacts by their own initiative

  • Developing and maintaining a target account system for major prospective clients, 

  • Completing necessary reports and paperwork for all sales transactions

  • Ensuring that all goods and services sold are at a fair price and within Company policy on pricing, selling and collection
