Job Overview
Anteriad is a B2B sales and marketing agency working with leading technology companies. We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to contact IT managers in Australia and New Zealand, generate leads, and arrange meetings between these managers and our clients’ sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to IT managers in Australia and New Zealand to generate qualified leads.
- Set up meetings between prospects and clients’ sales representatives.
- Collaborate with clients’ sales experts during the Warm HandoverTM process.
- Participate in a four‑week onboarding program at our Las Rozas office to prepare for the role.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities in the company CRM.
- Attend required training sessions and events as scheduled.
Qualifications
- Native Spanish speaker.
- Fluent in English (commercial communication).
