This is a full-time, hybrid Business Development Representative role based in Petaling Jaya, with flexibility to work from home part of the week. The Business Development Representative will identify and qualify new business opportunities for global B2B tech clients entering or expanding within Asia and MENA. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target accounts, prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and messaging platforms, and scheduling qualified meetings for client sales teams. The role involves managing and nurturing a pipeline of leads, maintaining accurate records in the CRM, and following structured outreach cadences aligned with account-based strategies. The Business Development Representative will collaborate with marketing teams to refine messaging, share market feedback, and continuously improve conversion rates.
