Job Description
Automat-it is an AWS Premier Partner and Managed Services Provider that focuses on startups across EMEA and the US. We are looking for a Business Development Representative to identify & create Greenfield leads in the cloud ecosystem.
Location: Hybrid in Madrid, with frequent local and international travel.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, research, and qualify potential startup leads within the cloud ecosystem using LinkedIn, Salesforce, and industry databases.
- Attend local AWS and customer events to network, generate leads, and represent Automat‑it.
- Contact prospects via email, phone, and social media to generate interest in Automat‑it's solutions.
- Maintain a robust, organized sales pipeline in Salesforce, tracking all interactions and ensuring follow‑ups.
- Own the initial stages of the sales cycle until handover to the Account Executive.
