Job Description

As a Business Development Representative (Inside Sales), you will reconnect with industrial manufacturers, food and beverage processors, and previously serviced general-contractor accounts to introduce our client’s industrial and commercial concrete flooring solutions β€” polished concrete, resinous coatings, waterproofing, and floor leveling. You will primarily reach facility owners, plant and facilities managers, and project managers. This is an office-based, phone-driven role: you make high-volume outbound calls into company-supplied lists of past and dormant accounts, run discovery to uncover floor-related needs, qualify the opportunity, and book a meeting for the closing team.
