Job Description

Looking to hire 2-3 BDR's for

The role:

Closing warm, inbound calls for AutoRaise – an entry offer plus recurring subscription deals. No cold prospecting; all meta ads lead forms and proven funnel on an offer already doing mid 5 figures/month and looking to scale.

Onboarding ramp

Initial goal is 5 closed sales within 2 weeks of onboarding.

Once a rep hits 5 closed deals, they're placed onto the core sales team and receive:

  • Increased lead flow
  • Higher-volume calendars to book into
  • Priority appointment opportunities
  • Expanded earning potential

This process is built to quickly identify high performers and scale them into full-time earning capacity fast.

How the comp works (per deal)

  • Product: $250 – $125 flat per close (one-time)
