We build internal operational systems for performance marketing agencies the kind of systems their teams actually depend on daily. Think real-time KPI monitoring across 30+ signals, automated sales pipelines, Slack-based alert systems, and client onboarding workflows. Our clients are Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads agencies in the USA and UK.
We're building our outbound BD team from scratch and looking for two sharp, detail-driven people to own lead generation and outreach.
What You'll Be Doing
This is not a blast 1000 emails and hope role. Every lead you source will be researched, qualified, and personalized before it goes anywhere near a sequence.
Your day-to-day:
- Source 40–70 raw agency leads per day using Apollo, LinkedIn Jobs, and LinkedIn Search
