Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2–4 years in business development or sales, ideally within the manpower recruitment or service sector.
Proven success in client acquisition and consistent revenue growth.
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to cultivate and maintain high-level professional partnerships.
Must be willing to conduct fieldwork and on-site client visits.
