Job Description

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the products, service offerings, prepare presentation materials and are able to explain them properly as well as discuss solutions to meet the customers needs
• Identify business opportunities- including sales target, new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services by attending seminars, conferences or reading materials to keep abreast with what's happening in the industry
• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the actual performance and develop strategic programs or actions plans to protect/retain and grow the business and market share of the assigned industry/area for presentation to Management
• Establish strong relationships with clients through timely visits and conduct quarterly business reviews, maintain a detailed and updated client list of active and engaged customer base. Ensure that the highest level of Customer Service is given at all time...
