Responsibilities

• 
  
• Assisting with personal and home lending enquiries by communicating detailed financial matters.
  
• Respond to brokers' enquiries (call, apps, and email) timely and efficiently whilst providing first-rate customer service.
  
• Record all communications with external parties and all actions taken regarding each enquiry on the company.
  
• Record CRM or as instructed on a timely basis.
  
• Liaise with internal and external parties where necessary.
  
• Develop new clients.
