Job Description
We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join our client, a leading cold chain packaging solutions company!
Compensation: 80-100k base salary + commission ResponsibilitiesActively prospect and identify new business opportunities in target industries and markets
Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, research, and outreach
Develop tailored proposals and solutions that address customer challenges and align with product offerings
Manage acquired accounts and build long-term relationships
Work with Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives
