We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (US Non-IT Staffing) with a proven track record of acquiring direct clients in the US staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in US Non-IT staffing , business development, client acquisition, sales, and account management. Experience working with direct clients is mandatory . Candidates with experience limited to Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, or MSP/VMS-only business will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities- Acquire new direct clients for US Non-IT staffing services through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
