Business Development Manager – Office Interior Fit-Out / Workplace Solutions
Our client, an established interior fit-out and workplace solutions firm, is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead a newly created pioneer role in Singapore.
This role is ideally suited to professionals currently in commercial office leasing, tenant representation or corporate real estate advisory who are looking to apply their client network and market knowledge on the project delivery side of the workplace industry.

・Identify and develop new office fit-out, renovation and workplace transformation opportunities — full cycle from lead generation, pitching, negotiation to closing
・Capture office relocation and repositioning plans of Singapore-based corporates at an early stage, positioning the company ahead of the tender process
